Important Announcements

As part of the AQUA infrastructure improvement project on Fairview Road in Ridley Township,a 24-hour road closure will be necessary to install a new water line under the existing railroad on Fairview Road. The closure will begin on Monday, February 15, 2010 and be in place for 14 days. A detour will be in place for the duration of the closure. Residents and local businesses that are located on the Emlen Street side of the railroad crossing will have to utilize Chester Pike for access. Residents and local businesses that are located on the Sherman Avenue side of the railroad crossing will utilize MacDade Blvd. for access.

RESERVE CROSSING GUARDS NEEDED
The Ridley Township Police Department is looking for reserve crossing guards. The starting salary is $10.00 per hour. Anyone interested in becoming a crossing guard should apply at the Ridley Township Police Department Records Office, 100 E. MacDade Boulevard, Folsom, PA. If you have any questions, call the Records Office at 610-532-4006.
